Transactions

View a complete record of all financial transactions for audit and oversight purposes

Admins can view all transactions in one place, for streamlined financial oversight, complete audit history, and easy filtering.

Switch to Admin mode if needed, choose Money on the left, and open Transactions.



At the top is the Accounting Book summarizing all budgets across all groups. Hyperlinked budgets are advanced budgets Creating an Advanced Budget, others are simple budgets Creating a Simple Budget.


Note: The Upload Transactions option can be used if you have a list of budget transactions in a spreadsheet. Start by downloading the template, carefully read the instructions, and upload your completed file.

Below is a list of all transactions across all groups. The list can be searched and filtered Transactions for a variety of criteria, such as source (budget or group funds), Item Type, Group Type, approval status, etc.


Approval status can be managed manually in this list, but best practice is to let each payment proceed through the Payment Request approval process Approving Payment Requests.

Note: Some schools use the In Progress and / or Completed for transactions statuses, to assist with audit trails. Those statuses can only be set manually, as they are not included in approval process. 

If any transactions require edits, you will need to manage the relevant group’s Accounting Book.
