Managing Forms
View submissions, manage approvals, and track form activity from the forms list
To see submission details for a form, and start the approval process (when relevant), start in your Surveys & Forms list Surveys and Forms List.
Find the form you want to manage, and click its name or click its More icon and choose Manage.

This opens a page listing all submissions. Any status updates appear at the top, and there are icons to invite users to the form, copy the form URL, open the Form Settings, edit the form, and open a form preview (in a separate tab).

Depending on the form type and its Settings Form Settings, each submission will have or won’t have (as in the example below) Approval boxes.
For each submission, you can edit or assign Submission Tags, or click icons to the right to open the submitter’s form to view their responses, archive the submission, or click the More icon for options to message the submitter, open the submission as a PDF, send the submitter a private note, or delete the submission.

Note: To assign Submission Tags automatically, based on submitted answers to questions, you can set up Submission Tag Logic.
When one or more submissions are selected, there are options across the top to generate a report (a spreadsheet listing all responses), email the submitters the submitters, and view Stats.
Clicking the More icon opens options to download submissions (including user-uploaded files), add or remove answer tags, archive, or delete the submissions.

A form’s Stats presents a breakdown of responses.

Forms whose submissions require simple approval Simple Form Approval (one-step approval by any group officer) will include a simple Approval box for each submission.

Forms whose submissions require an approval workflow (multi-step approval based on an approval workflow) will include a Workflow box for each submission.
