Activity logs are a record of all changes to field values.
To access activity logs, switch to Admin mode My Activity if needed. Open Settings on the left, and choose Activity Logs.
All field changes are included by default, but you can search and filter the list for specific users or dates.
There is also an option to send notifications on a variety of system changes activity logs.
