My Activity

Track your campus involvement, points, badges, service hours, and transcript from one menu

On the web version, what you see on the left menu of your CampusGroups hub depends on the menu items configured by your campus. My Activity will appear in one of two formats. 

Note: My Activity may be named something different by your campus, but sub-option names do not change.

My Activity may appear as a menu item with sub-options including My Schedule, My Groups, etc..

 

My Activity may also appear as its own section on the left, with individual menu items below (not nested). If this is your view, some of the menus have nested options. 

  • My Checklists opens to show your available checklists
  • My Involvement expands to show My Points, My Badges, My Co-Curricular Transcript, and My Service Hours.
  • More expands to show your inbox, payments, and resume. 

On the mobile app, the My Activity menu can be accessed by tapping More along the bottom. (Not all of the options that appear on web appear on mobile.)

Here is a description of each option:

  • My Schedule
  • My Groups: Groups for which you are a member
  • My Events: Events for which you are registered
  • My Meetings 
    • My Reservations
    • My Checklists: Track your progress in competency programs, validating your skill development. Any checklists assigned to you will appear here.
    • My Points: Points awarded to you for completing certain platform-related tasks.
    • My Badges: Certifications of skills and core competencies, providing concrete evidence of the abilities employers seek.
    • My Co-Curricular Transcript: A summary of platform-related accomplishments.
    • My Service Hours: Compilation of time spent in community involvement.
    • My Surveys / Forms: Any forms assigned to you will appear here.
    • My Workflows: Any approval workflows assigned to you will appear here. Approval teams are typically composed of group officers and / or platform admins.
    • My Budgets: Group-related funds, relevant for group officers and platform admins.  
    • My Equipment: Items checked out to you via a specific group.
    • My Inbox: Emails sent to you in-platform.
    • My Payments: 
    • My Resume: Upload or complete resume details.
