When members join your group, you can have a welcome email sent automatically. Note that this email is sent only to users who join on their own, not to users who are added or uploaded by a group officer.
Note: You will need to have a template Using Email Composer for the welcome email already set up, which must be created using Email Composer (not Email Builder).
Start by managing your group Managing Your Group, Group Dashboard. Under Dashboard on the left, open Settings.
In the More tab, select the template for Automatic welcome message.
