The Surveys, Surveys & Forms and Polls hub menus have standard settings Hub Settings, plus a Manage Surveys or Manage Polls button.
This opens the Surveys & Forms or Polls flyout for a Community Hub, or Surveys for an Event Hub. The list includes all campus-wide forms created for all the groups within the hub. Select the surveys / forms / polls you want to appear, or click Create Survey / Create Poll to create a new one Create Survey / Create Poll.
