The Chat hub menu has standard settings Hub Settings, plus a Manage Auto-Chat Messages button.
In the Chat Automatic Messages flyout, click Create Auto Message.
Choose the message author and enter the message. To customize messages for each user, use the [FIRST_NAME] string.
This message will be displayed the first time the user opens the chat menu from the hub.
