To see your list of forms, start by managing your group Managing Forms, then open Surveys and Forms on the left.
All group forms are listed, with their type, any Tags, number of questions and submissions, and how many submissions are awaiting approval (for forms that require approval). The list can be searched and filtered Searching, Filtering, and Sorting Lists, and there is a Create button for new forms.
For each form, there are icons to edit the form, and display a preview of the form (opens in a separate tab). Clicking the More icon opens a menu with several options.
The More options include:
- Manage the form Access Rights
- Change its Access Rights Manage the form
- Copy Link and Invite, to distribute the form to its audience
- Duplicate to make a copy
- Logics, to view or edit Question Logic
- Form Settings
- Archive or Delete the form
