Managing Group Members

View and manage members across all groups as a platform admin

Whereas group officers can manage members of their own groups, admins can manage members of all groups This requires that you have admin permission for Groups.

Notes: 


Switch to Admin mode Group Settings if needed. Open Groups on the left and choose Members



This opens the All Members list. This list can be searched or filtered Group Contacts for specific groups, members / officers / contacts, Group Type Group Contacts, Group Category Tags, Account Type Tags, and graduation year. 



Each member is listed once for each group to which they belong, with any User Tags, validation status, member / officer / contact, and emails and events. Each member also has an Email button.


Clicking a member name opens their profile popup, displaying general user info at the top. Clicking the member name here opens their User Profile User Profile and Privacy in a separate tab.

 

Farther down on the popup you'll find member badges, interests and other information, and all groups with member / officer status. 

 

When one or members are selected, there are options at the top to email selected members, and generate a member report.
