Duplicate Users
Identify and resolve cases where two user accounts belong to the same person
When the platform finds two users with the same name, you can choose whether they are separate individuals, or whether the two accounts are for the same person.
Switch to Admin mode if needed. Open Users on the left, and choose Duplicates.

The Duplicate Users list shows all sets of same-named users.
- If both users should have separate accounts, click Mark as Not Duplicate for both.
- If two accounts are for the same user, choose the account to keep and click Mark as Not Duplicate. Then click Merge Selected Users.
