Access Rights: Privacy Settings
Set who can view or access surveys, events, and other content throughout the platform
Throughout the CampusGroups UI, there are many places where you can define access rights for content you create.
For example, when creating a survey or event, you may want to make the survey available only to officers, or to group members with specific tags. Or you may want to make a section of your Group Page only available to specific users.
The options that appear depend on the feature for which you are defining access.
Options in black are general, such as Group members only or Group officers only.
Options in blue require selection. For example, opening the Sub-Groups members only option requires that you select one or more Sub-Group Tags.

Keep in mind:
Only one category can be selected for Access Rights. For example, you cannot select Some group members only and also Tagged members only.
For a category that allows selection, however, one or more items can be selected. For example, if you are assigning access rights to Sub-Groups members only, and choose the sub-groups “Host Committee” and “Planning,” this will include users belonging to either (or both) sub-groups.
